Job summary

Plato Group's IGO Promo is seeking a Finnish-speaking student to join the Nordic sales and customer service team in Copenhagen. The planned start is in July, and the role offers flexible hours to fit your studies, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods.

You will handle incoming calls, chats and emails, help customers find products, create quotes and orders, and follow up on samples.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication with at least 1 year left.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Are you looking for a flexible student position in the heart of Copenhagen? Our Finnish market is growing fast and our ambitions are high, so we have an open position with planned start in July. We are in need of a Finnish speaking student worker to join the sales and customer service team in our Nordic office.

You will be an important part of a IGO Promo sales and customer service team for the Nordics, handling our Finnish customers. The team is, with its online web shop and self-service model, an indispensable link for IGO.

What will you be doing?

• Handling incoming phone calls, chats and emails
• Help our customers finding products to match their needs, create quotes and orders
• Follow up on samples and quotes sent to the customers

Who are you?

• Are studying Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication with at least 1 year left of your study
• Verbal and written fluency in Finnish and English. Knowledge of any of the other Nordic languages will be a valued asset
• Have great IT-skills and pick-up new systems and processes quickly

• Flexible working hours to fit your study programme (requires approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours in busy periods.) Work hours between 8:00 and 16:00 on Monday to Thursday, 8:00 - 15:30 on Friday.
