Job summary

Plato Group's IGO Promo is seeking a Finnish-speaking student to join the Nordic sales and customer service team in Copenhagen. The planned start is in July, and the role offers flexible hours to fit your studies, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods.

You will handle incoming calls, chats and emails, help customers find products, create quotes and orders, and follow up on samples.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication with at least 1 year left.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls, chats and emails from customers.
• Help customers find products, create quotes and orders, and follow up on samples.
• Maintain timely communication and support across the Nordic region.
