Qualifications

• At least 1 year left of your study.
• Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming phone calls, chats and emails.
• Help customers find products, create quotes and orders.
• Follow up on samples and quotes sent to customers.

Skills

Verbal and written fluency in Finnish

IT skills

Fluency in English

Knowledge of other Nordic languages

Education

Studying Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication
