Job summary

PrimeEstate, a fine dining restaurant, seeks a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join the team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will ensure a memorable dining experience through attentive, professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, recommending wine pairings, handling payments, and maintaining a pristine dining area. Visa sponsorship and a round-trip ticket to the Faroe Islands are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine and beverage offerings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail when taking orders, delivering food and handling payments.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and according to our standards.
• Provide recommendations on food and wine pairings based on guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests with grace and professionalism.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area including resetting tables for new guests.
