We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in the beautiful country of Faroe-Islands In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the resort ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and delighting our guests with your creative and delicious menus As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff developing menus ordering supplies and maintaining food quality and safety standards You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into your menu designs The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or resort setting A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred You must have excellent leadership skills as well as strong communication and organizational abilities Creativity attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences are also essential for this role This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month Accommodation will be provided at the resort along with other benefits such as meals and health insurance This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for new challenges and wants to make their mark on the culinary world in one of the most picturesque locations in the world
