Job summary

Festina Finance is hiring a Software Developer to join the Advisor team, a 360° financial advisory platform used by banks across the Nordics and Europe. You will work on modelling, data flows, and system behaviour across multi-country architecture.

You will contribute to the full development life cycle from requirements refinement to feature implementation, performance improvements, and long-term maintainability, in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience building domain-rich software systems.
• Proficient in Java backend development and design patterns.
• Familiar with REST APIs, OpenAPI and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the 360° financial modelling foundation across credit, pensions, wealth, and investments.
• Build and improve integrations with external banking systems and financial APIs.
• Work with complex data models in a layered, multi-customer, multi-country architecture.
• Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and customers to turn requirements into production-ready code.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and thorough code review.
