Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Financial Controller to join our Fredericia-based finance team. The role covers monthly reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, VAT and tax compliance, and process improvements across our global operations.

You will collaborate with subsidiaries internationally, guide the accounting team, and ensure accurate forecasting. Fluent English and a strong finance background are essential; Dynamics BC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant finance background with at least 5 years' experience in financial controlling.
• Experience with controlling international activities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn new systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Financial controlling and responsibilities for some of our subsidiaries, incl. forecast, budget and year end reporting.

Financial Controller at Muehlhan Wind Service

Because of the growing wind industry and many new projects, Muehlhan Wind Service is looking for an experienced Financial Controller who will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks.

As our Financial Controller, you will be part of our global finance team and report to our Head of accounting. You will be in close dialogue and have interactions with several stakeholders both in Denmark and abroad.

You will work from our head office in Fredericia.

Responsibilities

As our new Financial Controller your key responsibilities will be:

• Monthly reporting including cost analysis and reconciliation
• Financial controlling and responsibilities for some of our subsidiaries, incl. forecast, budget and year end reporting.
• Contact to authorities regarding VAT and TAX
• Support & guidance to accounting team
• Optimizing systems and workflows in cooperation with other colleagues

The Financial Controller is expected to:

• Have a relevant theoretical background within finance and minimum 5 years' experience from similar position within Financial Controlling
• Experience with controlling of companies with international activities
• Be familiar with and have experience in the use of the usual IT tools within the Office package and be able to learn new systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required
