Job summary

Food Folk Group is seeking a Finance IT Service Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the Finance IT portfolio with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You will collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, governance, and value across the finance platform.

The role blends operational responsibility with strategic development, requiring you to manage vendors, budgets, and performance while advancing IT service management maturity.

Qualifications

• Several years in Finance IT roles with ownership of business-critical applications.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and core finance processes.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, governance, and cloud-based environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and external partners.
• Experience with budgets, cost follow-up, vendors, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance IT portfolio across the full lifecycle.
• Drive business and IT alignment between Finance, IT, senior stakeholders and partners.
• Lead governance and service management practices and ensure compliant processes.
• Oversee vendor relationships, governance, and cost control across the portfolio.
• Lead change and digitalisation, identifying automation and AI opportunities.
• Provide finance application expertise and strategic guidance.
