Job summary

IRON Pump A/S, a Danish company producing and supplying high-quality pumps, seeks a Controller to strengthen the finance function. You will manage end-to-end financial processes, enhance data-driven decision making, and help automate processes with Power BI and ERP upgrades.

The role reports to the CFO and offers growth as the finance function evolves. The right candidate combines accounting excellence with business analytics, a proactive mindset, and a drive to develop the role while

Qualifications

• Relevant financial education at bachelor or master's level.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid foundation in accounting and bookkeeping with end-to-end processes in manufacturing.
• Ability to turn data into actionable analyses for business decisions.
• Interest in Power BI; hands-on experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliations and ongoing controlling and accounting tasks.
• Contributing to monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and follow-up.
• Preparing profitability and margin analyses.
• Developing Power BI models and expanding BI to more business areas.
• Supporting group consolidation and the Chinese subsidiary.
• Developing processes and governance.
• Developing and automating financial processes, including AI and ERP upgrades.
• Hands-on bookkeeping one day a week.
