VELUX Finance is seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner in Østbirk to turn data into actionable insights and influence decisions that drive performance. You will partner with production teams and leaders across the organisation to deliver robust financial planning and reporting.

You will build trusted stakeholder relationships, translate complex data into clear analyses, and develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Build positive and productive relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Have advanced Excel capabilities and an interest in reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Communicate fluently in both Danish and English.
• Work in a structured and organised manner while remaining flexible and solution-oriented.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are highly valued.
• Bring experience with SAP, standard costing, or product costing, although this is considered an advantage rather than a requirement.

• Prepare financial analyses, business cases, and presentations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
• Contribute to standard costing and product costing activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiencies, and value creation.
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders across different functions and levels.

As part of our Global Finance team, you will join a group of dedicated and experienced colleagues supporting our production sites in Østbirk and Brædstrup. Together, we work to bring financial insights to life and enable informed business decisions that create value across the organisation.

In this role, you will work closely with operational leaders, managers, and finance stakeholders, building trusted relationships and gaining a deep understanding of our manufacturing business. Whether your background is in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or a related field, you are motivated by creating value through insights and strong stakeholder relationships.
