Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based leader to head the In-Field Team across Sweden and Denmark. The role focuses on delivering patient access, coaching commercial staff, and aligning field and brand activities to maximize brand performance.

Key duties include leading training for HCPs, optimizing resource use, and building strong relationships with external experts to drive growth while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Driver’s license.
• Relevant business experience with proven track record of success within biotech/pharma sales or sales management in at least one therapeutic area.
• Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching cross-functionally or functional individuals and teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships with External Experts and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to think and plan strategically and operate with execution excellence.
• Excellent knowledge in selling techniques, account planning and customer interaction models.
• Operates in a matrix organization/environment with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient access according to plan and KPIs to meet Account Plan objectives within budgets.
• Lead the commercial training of HCPs to enable optimal use of our brands and patient outcomes.
• Optimize resource utilization by leading and coaching the In-Field Team with sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure alignment between In-Field Team and Brand Team activities and market intelligence flow.
• Monitor regional engagement and Account Plans to feed brand planning and anticipate market needs.
• Identify and present new business or growth opportunities to the Brand Team.
