Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced MLR expert to own review quality across Europe, helping ensure compliant promotional material and regulatory alignment.

You will work directly with Falcon MLR's founding team, shaping reviewer quality and building AI-driven workflows that scale across EU markets.

The role offers hybrid work within the EU, with ownership of end-to-end review processes and opportunities to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma, biotech, or for an agency serving one.
• Knowledge of European codes (EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM).
• Able to quickly learn dense regulatory material and show results.
• AI is already part of your daily work and you have automated parts of your job.
• High agency and entrepreneurial spirit; proactive and independent.
• Hands-on experience with Vault PromoMats – reviews, annotations, claims libraries.
• You live in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across EU markets.
• Lead our regulatory monitoring system with engineering and product, coordinating with other regions.
• Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve why Falcon flagged a item; fix it and establish processes with users.
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks in collaboration with engineering and product.

The Role

MLR review is one of the Life Science industry's biggest bottlenecks - and we're rebuilding it with AI.

Falcon MLR is Veeva's AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review. Our AI agents review promotional material the way expert reviewers do: against the actual rules of each market and the science behind the claims. We're looking for an MLR expert to take ownership of review quality across Europe.

You have sat in the review meetings. You know the codes, the process, and their pain points. Now, help build the reviewer and shape the future of MLR for the entire Life Science industry. You'll work directly with Falcon MLR's founding team, and your judgment will ship into a product used globally by the top Pharmaceutical companies.

What You'll Do

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across our EU markets
• Lead our regulatory monitoring system with engineering and product, and coordinate with other regions
• Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve "why did Falcon flag this?" - read the agent's traces, find the root cause, fix it. Build the process for handling these questions with users
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
• Ownership of quality benchmarks e.g. review quality, in cross functional collaboration with engineering and product

Requirements

• You have been part of MLR/PRC review of promotional material - in pharma, biotech or at an agency serving one
• You know the European codes - EFPIA, or national ones like ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM
• You learn dense regulatory and legal material fast - and have results to show
• AI is already part of your daily work - you have automated parts of your own job and want to go further
• You have high agency and entrepreneurial spirit - you have built something of your own, at work or outside it, and you do not wait to be told what to do
• You have worked hands-on in Vault PromoMats - reviews, annotations, claims libraries
• You live in the EU

Compensation

• Total Compensation: 780,000 - 1,100,000 DKK
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
