Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is seeking a Facade Technician for the Esbjerg, Denmark site. The role involves maintaining and repairing building facades, windows, doors, and exterior cladding, with a full-time schedule and accommodation provided for the successful candidate.

You will inspect facades, perform repairs, install components, and ensure compliance with safety standards while documenting work and coordinating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with building facades preferred.
• Knowledge of different facade materials and repair techniques.
• Ability to read building plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights safely.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building facades to identify structural or aesthetic issues.
• Conduct repairs and replacements as needed, including window and door frames, glass panes, and exterior cladding.
• Install new facade components according to building plans and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed.
