Job summary

Alphaconnect in Aalborg, Denmark is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to install, maintain and repair building facades on-site. This contract includes accommodation and visa support.

You will follow design plans, inspect existing facades, replace materials and apply weatherproofing, while collaborating with architects, engineers and construction teams to ensure quality installations. Candidates should read and interpret plans, work safely at heights, and document materials used and time spent

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in facade technician or similar role
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques used in facade installation
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
• Willingness to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Install new facade systems according to design plans and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of existing facades to identify maintenance or repair needs
• Perform repairs on damaged facades, including replacement of materials and installation of weatherproofing systems
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on facades
