Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. You will design personalized fitness plans, conduct one-on-one sessions, and guide clients on nutrition and lifestyle changes.

The role requires 2+ years of PT experience and valid NASM/ACE/ISSA certifications, with strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition. Excellent communication skills and adaptability are essential in a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer of at least 2 years.
• Valid certification in personal training (NASM, ACE, or ISSA).
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition and health principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different client personalities and fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized fitness plans based on client goals and abilities.
• Conduct personal training sessions to ensure proper form and technique.
• Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to achieve desired results.
• Track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.
