Job description

As a Personal Trainer in Aarhus Denmark you will be responsible for creating and implementing customized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will work closely with clients to provide motivation, support, and guidance throughout their fitness journey. This role requires a high level of knowledge in exercise science, nutrition, and anatomy in order to effectively help clients achieve their desired results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any health restrictions.
• Develop personalized fitness plans that include specific exercises and nutrition recommendations.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to fitness plans as needed.
• Provide education on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety measures.
• Motivate and support clients during training sessions to ensure they are reaching their maximum potential.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with clients to track their achievements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in exercise science, nutrition, and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
• Ability to adapt fitness plans for individuals with health restrictions or injuries.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location: This position is located in the vibrant city of Aarhus in Denmark. The candidate must be willing to relocate or already reside in the area.
