Experienced High Voltage Specialist wanted for Bravida El-Infrastruktur Øst

Do you have at least three years of high voltage experience? At Bravida, you will install circuit breakers, disconnectors and switchboards and help build substations. Here, you will put your experience to use on critical electrical infrastructure projects that help secure Denmark’s power supply and support the green transition.

On behalf of Bravida El-Infrastruktur Øst, Career | a JKS Company is recruiting experienced High Voltage Specialists for projects across Zealand and Lolland-Falster.

Bravida El-Infrastruktur Øst has secured the framework agreement with Energinet, becoming a regular supplier of high voltage installation work across Zealand and Lolland-Falster. With this agreement and a strong order book, Bravida is expanding the department. You will join the team responsible for building, expanding, refurbishing and maintaining the infrastructure that the power grid of the future relies on.

Installation and construction of high voltage installations
You will work at substations and other high voltage installations, putting your experience into practice. You will take responsibility for your own tasks and work alongside your team to deliver safe, high-quality work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and replacing circuit breakers, disconnectors and other substation components
• Carrying out cable work and working on earthing systems
• Working on switchboards, electrical installations and dismantling tasks
• Contributing to the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of high voltage installations
• Carrying out quality assurance and maintaining documentation
• Over time, you will also share your knowledge by helping apprentices and new colleagues get to grips with their tasks.

You bring solid high voltage experience and take responsibility
You are a qualified electrician or have an equivalent electrical qualification, with at least three years of hands-on experience in high voltage work. You are familiar with the tasks described and comfortable working independently. You take initiative, recognise what needs doing and understand that safety is integral to every task.

We are looking for someone who:

• Works independently and takes a structured approach
• Takes responsibility for the safety and quality of their work
• Is proactive, well-presented and works well with others
• Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work outdoors and at height
• Holds a category B driving licence and can provide a criminal record certificate

You must be able to communicate clearly in English and have a valid work permit for Denmark.

A company vehicle to take home and no on-call duties
At Bravida, you will join a team of skilled, dedicated technicians who take pride in their work.

You will work daytime hours with no on-call duties, normally five days a week. Start times depend on the project, and the working week can be discussed. The role is paid hourly, with pay based on qualifications, plus pension contributions and a flexible benefits allowance under the Danish “fritvalgsordning” scheme.

You will have a company vehicle equipped with the tools and equipment you need, which you can take home. Your exact location is therefore less important, provided you are willing to work at different sites across Zealand and Lolland-Falster.
