The role focuses on C# plugin development, Dataverse data modeling, and scalable ALM across parallel teams to support Sales and Customer Service workflows.

Qualifications

Summary

The Experienced Dynamics Engineer plays a critical role in extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities to enhance customer relationship management for pooled customers without disrupting existing frameworks.

Main Responsibilities

• Extend a heavily governed Microsoft Dynamics 365 banking CRM to support pooled customers for sales and customer care.

Key Requirements

• C# plugin development on the Dataverse SDK
• In-depth knowledge of the Dataverse security model
• Dataverse data modeling expertise
• Experience with brownfield changes on large governed solutions
• Knowledge of solution and ALM at scale with parallel teams
• Familiarity with related CRM components
• Understanding of Sales and Customer Service domain
• Front-end form scripting in TypeScript/JavaScript

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next Best Action/recommendations
• Lead model at scale experience
• Telephony integration experience (CTI)
• Integration to external systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, webhooks)
• Handling of high-volume Dataverse
• Data migration and conversion experience
• Familiarity with AI and Copilot in Customer Service and Sales
• Multi-geo/multi-brand solution management
