LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks an Executive Assistant to two Senior Directors within Engineering & Quality. You will provide proactive leadership support, coordinate leadership activities, manage calendars, travel and expense processes, and help ensure delivery on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders within large, multinational organisations.
  • Ability to independently manage time, prioritise conflicting demands and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving with excellent judgement and bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Leadership Team agendas, planning cycles and meeting cadences.
  • Attend LT meetings and document decisions, actions and outcomes.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing packs and meeting materials.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel, visas and expenses.
  • Support strategic planning processes and KPI tracking.
  • Maintain action logs and drive follow-up across functions.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to two Senior Directors, offering proactive support that enhances leadership, decision-making, and execution. Beyond traditional executive support, your role will focus on leadership team coordination, stakeholder management, business planning, and ensuring effective follow-through on strategic and operational priorities.

You will support the Senior Directors of the Moulding Analytics Center (MAC) and Strategic Projects & Portfolio Management (SPPM) within Engineering & Quality. MAC is a global competence center for injection moulding and process analytics, while SPPM drives strategic business planning, portfolio management, and project leadership of strategic cross functional projects.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership Team Coordination & Follow-Up:

  • Coordinate Leadership Team agendas, planning cycles and meeting cadences.
  • Attend LT meetings and document decisions, actions and outcomes.
  • Maintain action logs and drive follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing and finalizing presentations and meeting materials.
  • Track and follow up on key actions from email correspondence and meeting discussions.
Strategic Planning & Business Support:
  • Support strategic planning processes and deployment activities.
  • Assist with KPI tracking and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate inputs for business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Support leadership communications and information flow.
Executive Support:
  • Provide proactive support to two Senior Directors.
  • Manage complex calendars and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate travel, visas and expenses.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing packs and meeting documentation.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Build strong relationships across business functions in Operations
  • Coordinate requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate have extensive experience as a Executive Assistant to senior leaders within large, multinational organisations—ideally supporting more than one leader. They come with proven experience with independently managing time, prioritise conflicting demands, and navigate shifting priorities with flexibility, structure, and a sharp attention to detail.

Moreover, they have:

  • Outstanding calendar and time management skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • A natural relationship builder—approachable, empathetic, and able to collaborate across functions and cultures at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgement and bias for action, especially in fast-paced or ambiguous situations.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and the humility to listen.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, global environments; thrives in matrixed structures and cross-functional teams.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new digital tools.
  • A growth mindset with a genuine interest in personal development and contributing beyond the traditional EA role, and a passion for enabling leaders and teams to succeed
