Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking an experienced excavator operator for construction sites in Denmark. The role involves operating and maintaining heavy machinery, coordinating with crew, and ensuring safety on site.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on experience, ability to handle various excavator types, and readiness to work overtime in outdoor conditions. Accommodation in Horsens and visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an excavator operator.
• Ability to operate various types of excavators (crawler, mini, wheel).
• Knowledge of safety procedures in construction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of excavators
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints or instructions to determine work requirements
• Transport materials or equipment to job site as needed
• Dig trenches ditches or holes using excavator according to project specifications
• Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate movements with other workers on site
• Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or damage and report issues immediately
• Clean and maintain equipment after use
• Complete daily logs to track progress and hours worked

Excavator operators are responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators to move earth and other materials at construction sites They work closely with other construction workers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively As an excavator operator you must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and be able to operate the machinery with precision.
