Job summary

NOV delivers technology-driven equipment, systems, services, and software solutions supporting energy production and industrial operations worldwide. A part-time Business Service Assistant role at NOV focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming environment across our facilities and supporting the wellbeing of employees and visitors.

You will work 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM, with a transparent onboarding process and opportunities to develop within Facility Operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional cleaning, preferably in an office or commercial environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Good spoken and written English; Danish or Portuguese are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchens, and sanitary facilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the workplace.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, paper products, coffee supplies, and other essentials.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and materials correctly.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns.
• Support a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the Facility Operations team.
