Job summary

Sensori Group, a Sisk company, seeks an experienced Project Director to lead delivery of large, fully integrated MEP projects across Europe. You will own project strategy, safety, quality, schedule and budget from pre-construction through handover, interfacing with clients, consultants and major subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will drive project performance, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to Sensori procedures and EHS standards while building

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or recognized technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large construction projects with significant MEP responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering projects of high complexity (€70M–€180M range).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Direct pre-construction, planning and execution for complex MEP builds and define performance targets for the team.
• Own schedule, cost and scope control; review progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Lead client liaison and chair meetings; present reports with risks and opportunities; drive improvements.
• Champion QEHS and lead safety, quality, audits and corrective actions across the project.
• Manage commercial performance, including P&L accountability, contract management and revenue forecasting.
