Veeva Systems is seeking an MLR expert to own review quality across Europe for Falcon MLR. You will work directly with the Falcon MLR founding team, shaping AI-driven review practices used by top life-sciences clients.

As a small, startup-like team inside Veeva, you will own your area end to end and see your decisions reach product quickly. The role suits those who like ownership and frontier AI applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma, biotech, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across EU markets.
• Lead regulatory monitoring with engineering and product, coordinating with other regions.
• Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements.
• Investigate why Falcon flags items; read traces, fix root causes, and build handling processes.
• Automate recurring tasks using AI workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product.
