PrimeDefense USA is seeking a Project Manager for Esbjerg, Denmark to lead diverse projects from kickoff to close.

You will develop plans, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources while guiding cross-functional teams; monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders. This part-time role offers hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. A Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in project management is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred.

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may arise.
• Implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including any changes to scope or timeline.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement for future projects.
