Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an Equity Research Expert for a remote, contractor role focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will review real equity research content to guide AI training, with no prior AI experience required.

You will analyze earnings, benchmark peers, develop investment theses, and deliver concise research updates using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sell-side research roles with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (banking, insurance, biotech, technology, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Review and evaluate equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarking.
• Evaluate company financial models, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
• Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
