Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote, contractor-based project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll review equity datasets, analyze earnings reports, benchmark peers, and evaluate company models to support investment theses and event-driven research. This role emphasizes strong communication and the ability to train AI systems with high-quality research content.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
