Job summary

MasterFix Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Turner in Esbjerg, Denmark. You will operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision metal parts from steel, aluminum, brass and plastic for automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors.

You will read blueprints, use precise measuring tools, and adjust settings to ensure part quality. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No previous machining experience required
• Basic ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines such as lathes and mills
• Read blueprints to determine final dimensions
• Use precision measuring tools to verify accuracy
• Adjust machine settings for feed, speed and depth of cut
• Inspect finished parts and perform quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and perform routine maintenance
