Job summary

GulfStream Media UAE is seeking an entry-level Surveyor to join our Vejle team. This full-time role involves conducting land and building surveys using GPS, levels, and total stations, with on-the-job training provided.

Based in or willing to relocate to Vejle, you will assist senior surveyors, create maps and reports, ensure measurement accuracy, and collaborate with project managers while adhering to safety protocols. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; surveying degree preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS, levels and total stations.
• Ability to read maps and technical drawings.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Vejle and work outdoors.

Job description

We are in need of an entry-level Surveyor to join our team in Vejle. As a Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land and building surveys using various tools and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. We are looking for someone without experience as training will be provided on the job. Accommodation is not provided so we prefer candidates who are already based in or willing to relocate to Vejle. This is an urgent job so we need someone who can join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and building surveys using surveying tools such as GPS equipment levels and total stations
• Assist senior surveyors in collecting and analyzing data
• Create detailed maps plans and reports based on survey data
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent college degree in Surveying preferred
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment
• Ability to interpret maps plans and technical drawings
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
