Job summary

BaseForce is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to assist senior engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. You will gain hands-on experience across diverse projects and contribute to safety, reliability, and performance standards.

This is a contract position located in Copenhagen with visa assistance and accommodation for non-locals. Responsibilities include assisting in designing systems, conducting data research, performing calculations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or in progress.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical principles, components and systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MATLAB.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing electrical systems and components according to project specifications.
• Conduct research and gather data to support engineering decisions.
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure designs meet safety, reliability and performance standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
• Participate in testing and commissioning processes for new systems.
• Support maintenance activities for existing systems.
