Job summary

Kopenhagen Konsulting is looking for an Enterprise Data Scientist to join our Data & AI team in Nordhavn, Denmark. You’ll apply AI, analytics and data science to drive business value and work closely with clients.

You will own the model lifecycle end to end, collaborate with data engineers on Databricks, dbt and Snowflake, and contribute to GenAI use cases and AI adoption across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; hands-on Databricks experience (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
• Proven experience taking ML models from prototype to production.
• Solid grounding in statistics, causal inference or attribution modelling.
• Ability to work independently with client teams and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Master’s degree.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply core data science methods to business problems such as marketing attribution, forecasting, churn and propensity modelling.
• Own the model lifecycle end to end: problem framing, feature design, validation, explainability and production monitoring.
• Translate model outputs into insights and recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
• Build and operationalise data models and ML pipelines on Databricks, dbt, Snowflake with client data engineering teams.
• Contribute across Data & AI engagements, from data platform work to GenAI use cases and AI adoption.
• Help shape Kopenhagen Konsulting’s Data & AI offerings and internal capability building.
