The Enterprise Architect, Business Transformation & Portfolio will shape Tre's long-term technology direction and ensure strategic business goals translate into sustainable architecture decisions.

You will work across business domains, technology platforms and transformation initiatives, connecting capabilities, systems and investments into a coherent enterprise landscape while

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar senior architecture role.
• Experience across business strategy, technology strategy and transformation portfolios.
• Ability to develop enterprise target states, roadmaps and transition architectures.
• Experience with application portfolio management, sourcing decisions and legacy-modernisation.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the enterprise target architecture across Sweden and Denmark.
• Connect business capabilities, objectives, applications, platforms and investments.
• Drive portfolio-level decisions on standardisation, modernisation, sourcing and retirement of legacy systems.
• Identify cross-domain dependencies and risks requiring enterprise-wide alignment.
• Establish architecture direction for major transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership with recommendations and decision material for strategic investments.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps, transition plans, architecture principles and records.
