Job summary

TotalEnergies in Esbjerg invites a student assistant to join the Engineering Team and gain hands-on experience in offshore topside modifications. You will be mentored by experienced engineers while performing technical and administrative support tasks.

You are pursuing an engineering degree with at least 1.5 years remaining, possess strong MS Office skills, and have good English communication abilities. This is a part-time, on-site student position with real responsibilities in a vibrant energy

Qualifications

• You have a safety mindset and are currently enrolled in a university program within Engineering.
• You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and be able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are valued for collaboration across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Search for technical information in the TEPDK documentation system.
• Maintain and update modification project lists.
• Support maturation of engineering studies and concepts.
• Prepare presentations, generate reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and develop engineering templates.
• Filing and organizing technical documentation.
• Support tender evaluations (comparison/overview).
• Assist with fitness-for-service assessments.
• IT onboarding support.
• Prepare service entry sheets.
• Handle ad hoc tasks.
