Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Engineering Manager to align large-scale initiatives across guest apps, POS, and core systems. You will coordinate multiple software teams, balance technical depth with business impact, and report to the Director of Engineering.

You will lead delivery governance, support sprint planning, and drive improvements across App, Web, Delivery, and backend services.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple software teams and domains.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Technical background to earn engineers' trust and translate delivery into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Cross-team delivery and program coordination across App, Web, Delivery, POS, and back-end services.
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and provide visibility on status and milestones.
• Facilitate cross-team ceremonies and ensure clean handovers between platforms.
• Establish delivery governance and drive continuous improvement in workflows.
