Job summary

WaQment in Aarhus seeks an Engineer Intern to support design, prototyping and testing of realism training replicas and related equipment. You will assist with CAD modeling, set up mechanical and field tests, document results, and help improve materials, durability and manufacturability.

This on-site role offers hands-on experience in product development, manufacturing methods and defense training applications, working closely with engineers, production staff and training specialists.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
• Foundational skills in engineering design and analysis and mechanical design principles.
• Interest in modern manufacturing methods and willingness to learn hands-on production processes.
• Ability to assist with testing, data collection, and documentation.

• Assist with CAD modeling and design work.
• Help prepare and execute mechanical and field tests.
• Document test results and communicate findings.
