Job summary

The Hub is recruiting a talented UX/UI Designer for a Danish B2B tech startup context. You’ll own the end-to-end design process—from user research and workshops to prototyping, testing and delivering polished UI ready for development.

You’ll work closely with product and developers in a fast feedback loop, shape flows, map pain points, and actively apply AI as a design tool while communicating in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Ability to own the design process from problem to finished interface
• Experience running user research and workshops
• Proficiency in prototyping and testing UI concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration with product and engineering
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Take defined problems or business needs and investigate optimal design solutions
• Plan and run user research and validate findings
• Conduct customer interviews and workshops to derive direction
• Map user needs and pain points and translate into actionable design
• Design flows, prototypes, and polished UI ready for implementation
• Test designs with real users and iterate with developers and product team
