Job summary

Falck Copenhagen seeks a Team Manager for the Emergency Response Centre (ERC) to lead a specialised team of Assistance Coordinators handling complex international cases. You will provide guidance, structure and decisive leadership in a 24/7 environment.

This hands-on role requires coaching, budget oversight, and close collaboration with HR, IT and Quality to ensure peak performance and client safety. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operational or specialist team in an assistance, emergency response, healthcare, or travel security environment.
• Strong coaching and people development capabilities to build expertise in a specialist workforce.
• Understanding of complex international case management (medical evaluations, repatriations, security operations).

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: coach and guide your team to handle complex international cases.
• Operational & Case Management: act as primary escalation point for critical cases and oversee end-to-end management.
• Financial & Resource Management: own budgets and staffing schedules for uninterrupted 24/7 service.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: report to Senior Operations Manager and partner with HR, IT and Quality.
