Job summary

IFF Health is seeking an EMEA Regulatory Affairs professional to ensure regulatory compliance across food ingredient portfolios. You will interact with EFSA and authorities while supporting market access, labeling, and claims.

This role offers exposure to diverse projects in an international environment. Ideal candidates have a Master’s in chemistry or related field with 1+ year in regulatory affairs, strong understanding of EU food laws, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of EU food legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience communicating complex regulatory concepts to internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory compliance activities for assigned product portfolios in the EMEA region.
  • Provide regulatory guidance on ingredient approvals, labelling, claims, and market access.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and interact with EFSA and other authorities.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable food legislation and maintain product authorizations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical business guidance.
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, quality, and marketing teams to support launches and projects.
  • Lead/regulatory projects in collaboration with regional and global colleagues.
