Job summary

Alfa Laval R&D Decanters invites a student assistant to join our electronics team in Søborg, collaborating with a senior engineer to advance our PCB innovations. You will contribute to concept development of custom electronics, test components, and help design digital and analog PCBs using Altium Designer.

You will program microcontrollers (ESP32 and Raspberry Pi/Linux), participate in hardware bring-up, debugging, and perform measurements with oscilloscopes and data loggers.

Qualifications

Currently studying electrical or mechatronic engineering with interest in electronics.
Theoretical knowledge plus hands-on experience with electronics and PCB design.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Concept development of custom electronics.
Test, evaluate and select new components.
Design of digital and analog PCBs (Schematics + Layout, Altium Designer).
Programming of microcontrollers (ESP32 and Raspberry Pi / Linux).
Hardware bring-up and debugging, incl. soldering, reworking, probing etc.
