Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Søborg seeks an electrical/mechatronic engineering student or graduate to contribute to custom electronics development, PCB design, and component selection in a cross-functional team. You will work with ESP32 and Raspberry Pi on Linux, prototype hardware, perform tests with oscilloscopes and data loggers, and support bring-up and debugging.

Fluency in English is required; the role is based in Søborg within a global industrial group offering diverse career

Qualifications

• Pursuing electrical/mechatronic engineering or related field.
• English proficiency required for global collaboration.
• Based in Søborg, Denmark within Alfa Laval team.

Responsibilities

• Concept development of custom electronics.
• Test, evaluate and select new components.
• Design of digital and analog PCBs (Schematics + Layout, Altium Designer).
• Programming of microcontrollers (ESP32 and Raspberry Pi / Linux).
• Hardware bring-up and debugging, incl. soldering, rework, probing.
• Develop and execute tests to validate PCBs using oscilloscopes, data loggers, etc.
