Job summary

AGC Biologics is hiring an Electrical/Automation Technician in our Equipment Maintenance team. You will own complex electrical systems, troubleshoot alarms, and drive improvements to reliability and energy efficiency in a GMP-regulated biomanufacturing environment.

You will use CMMS for work orders, participate in commissioning of new installations, and support 24/7 operations through on-call rotations. Collaboration and high-quality documentation are essential.

Qualifications

Completed education as Industrial Electrician or equivalent.
3–5 years hands-on electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
Strong understanding of industrial power systems, motor control, switchboards and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting of electrical faults in production and utility equipment (motors, control panels, distribution).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Use CMMS to plan, execute, and document work orders accurately.
Ensure GMP-compliant documentation for all maintenance activities.
Assist commissioning of new electrical installations and upgrades.
Identify optimizations to improve performance, safety, and energy efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 production operations.
