Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Bedford, TX is hiring a Baker to start early shifts, as early as 3 AM. Bakers help stock the bagel wall and pastry case, while ensuring quality products and friendly service. You will be part of a team that welcomes guests and delivers great breakfast experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe and clean stores, and flexible hours to support peak times. You must be 18 or older, pass background checks, and have a valid driver's license where required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products each shift.
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Ensure quality product is available during each shift.
