Job summary

Wulff & Konstali is seeking a daytime baker to join our bakery team and help produce high-quality bread and pastries. You will be responsible for preparing and baking items in a structured, professional environment to ensure fresh products throughout the day.

As part of a fast-moving, international bakery, you will work with a collaborative team and uphold stringent hygiene standards while contributing to production schedules. Training will be provided to help you feel confident in your role.

Qualifications

• Has experience in a bakery or pastry production – professional training is a plus but not a requirement.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a team.
• Speaks and understands English, as we are an international team.
• Maintains a high level of hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to Wulff & Konstali’s recipes and standards.
• Managing proofing, shaping, and oven baking to ensure consistent quality.
• Keeping the bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Following high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Collaborating with the bakery team to meet production schedules and maintain a smooth workflow.
