Responsibilities
  1. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  3. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  4. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  5. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  6. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  1. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  2. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  3. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  4. People-oriented
  5. Self-motivated
  6. Proactive in problem solving
  7. Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
  8. Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  9. Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  10. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  11. Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  12. Associate's degree or higher required
