Job summary

The SDU Drone Center at the University of Southern Denmark invites applications for a 3-year full-time position as an engineer assistant to support our portfolio of ongoing and future research projects within Unmanned Aerial Systems. Employment can start as soon as possible.

The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to drone platforms, subsystems, payloads, electronics, software, and embedded systems, while also participating in outreach activities.

Qualifications

• MSc level or higher in drone technology, robotics, electronics, software, or related field.
• Expertise in several of the listed areas: drone platforms, subsystems, payloads, mechanical design, composites, electronics, software, embedded systems, sensors, and UAS operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SDU Drone Center's project portfolio and outreach activities.
• Work at both Odense locations (SDU Campus and HCA Airport) as required.
