Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a visionary Director of Technical Support for CMC API Pilots DK to lead a cross-functional team delivering excellent support for drug substance and pilot plant operations in Bagsværd and Gentofte. You will set strategic direction, build leadership capacity, and drive world‑class pilot operations to enable clinical trial material delivery.

Qualifications

A relevant scientific or technical Master’s degree (or higher).
Proven leadership experience at senior level, preferably in CMC/pharmaceutical development.
Strong business understanding of R&D processes and pharmaceutical quality standards.
Proven ability to set direction and lead through change in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity in multi-stakeholder settings.
