You will translate business and compliance needs into scalable, secure digital workplace solutions while collaborating with IT Security, Compliance, Legal and Operations.

You will drive governance, enable automation via PowerShell, champion AI adoption with responsible governance, and continuously improve employee experience in a hybrid environment with home-working

You will drive and support initiatives across data classification, information protection and information governance, helping If translate business, compliance and user needs into scalable digital workplace solutions. You will work closely with IT Security Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders to shape governance solutions that balance security, regulatory requirements and usability. You will identify and implement automation opportunities using technologies such as PowerShell and agentic solutions, reducing manual work and improving employee productivity and operational efficiency. You will also support the responsible adoption and governance of AI capabilities, including Microsoft Co-pilot, and help turn emerging technology into sustainable value for employees and the organization.
