Cobham Satcom is seeking a Digital Hardware Engineer to join our hardware team at our headquarters near DTU in Kgs. Lyngby. You will own the hardware development lifecycle, focusing on embedded hardware with microcontrollers and high-speed design.
Ideal candidates have a background in Electronic Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent) and are adept at CAD tools, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and manufacturing yield optimization. This role is on-site with our R&D team.
We are seeking a Digital Hardware Engineer to join our hardware team and transform complex concepts into reliable, high-performance products. In this role, you will help develop advanced satellite communication products used in demanding maritime and mission-critical environments.

As our new hardware engineer, you will take technical ownership throughout the entire hardware development lifecycle — from design to production and ongoing yield optimization. The position requires a solid understanding of embedded hardware design based on microcontrollers, and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and Ethernet and the high-speed design rules that follows. You will become part of a cross-functional R&D environment, working closely with embedded software and mechanical engineers to develop robust, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
Your primary responsibilities:
