Job summary

spektr is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability across our Kubernetes-native backend ecosystem. You’ll own real infrastructure early on and work with a modern stack in a high-bar environment.

You’ll collaborate with backend engineers and security stakeholders while applying AWS-native tooling and best practices to keep deployments safe and fast. The role is based in our Copenhagen team with opportunities to work across our global platform, including

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or backend engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or another IaC tool.
• CI/CD pipelines experience, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Scripting with Bash, Python, or similar.
• Clear communication to explain issues to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Support EKS clusters and a fast-moving microservices environment.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Own GitOps workflows with ArgoCD end-to-end.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and security stakeholders.
