Job summary

PrimeEstate is seeking a DevOps Engineer to oversee deployment and maintenance of software applications in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge development and operations to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities include building automated deployment pipelines, monitoring performance, and implementing security measures. Remote-friendly within Denmark is considered, with a preference for candidates in Kolding or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the development deployment and maintenance of software applications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Your role is to bridge the gap between development and operations teams ensuring efficient and effective collaboration to deliver high-quality products

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and provide guidance on best practices for application deployment
• Develop and maintain automated processes for building testing and deploying software applications
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new features
• Continuously review and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with LinuxUnix operating systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Familiarity with continuous integrationcontinuous delivery CICD pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month

Location

This position is located in Kolding Denmark While we prefer candidates who are already residing in Kolding or willing to relocate we are open to remote work within Denmark
