Job summary

Genmab A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a bachelor student for an admin-support role within Development Operations. You will gain hands-on experience supporting clinical trials administration and departmental activities in a global biotech environment.

You will participate in sponsor TMF, contract management, CTA amendments, and meeting coordination. The role is approximately 15 hours per week, based in Denmark, and requires fluency in English and strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, in 1st or 2nd year, based in Denmark.
  • Able to commit to ~15 hours per week in the office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable navigating IT systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience from a comparable student job is a plus.
  • Well organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to Development Operations and clinical trials activities.
  • Assist with sponsor TMF & record management and document archiving.
  • Support contract management and CTA amendment coordination with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, perform document quality checks, and prepare trial materials.
  • Assist with audits, training materials, trackers, and travel arrangements.
